習(xí)慣及禮儀
一、餐飲禮儀
1、張開(kāi)嘴咀嚼食物
中國(guó)人喜歡在咀嚼食物的時(shí)候發(fā)出聲響。外國(guó)人認(rèn)為是缺乏禮貌。嚼東西時(shí)請(qǐng)閉上嘴吧！
2、說(shuō)話時(shí)滿嘴食物
在餐桌上，這被認(rèn)為是非常粗魯?shù)男袨椤Ｍ鈬?guó)人從小就受教導(dǎo)不這樣做。
3、易牙/吮牙
當(dāng)著他人的面剔牙是很不禮貌的。西餐廳通常不提供牙簽，當(dāng)確實(shí)需要清理牙縫間的食物時(shí)，最好是上洗手間。
4、手肘支在桌上
用餐時(shí)應(yīng)該身體坐直，手肘不要支在餐桌上。把手肘放在桌子上會(huì)讓你看起來(lái)像個(gè)農(nóng)民。
5、直接從嘴里吐出食物（骨頭、殼等）
國(guó)外餐廳里你是見(jiàn)不到這一幕的。真要吐出食物的話，應(yīng)該把紙巾拿到嘴邊，吐在紙巾上。
6、端起碗碟
這是小孩子才會(huì)有的舉動(dòng)。也不要把嘴放在碗邊直接吸取食物。
7、大聲講話。

8、用指甲挖耳孔

9、吸煙
當(dāng)其他的人還沒(méi)有吃完，或者就算所有的人都用完餐了，如果要吸煙的話，要禮貌地征得大家的許可。最好到餐廳外面去吸。
二、英語(yǔ)國(guó)家常見(jiàn)的體態(tài)語(yǔ)言
1、付帳（cash）：右手拇指、食指和中指在空中捏在一起或在另一只手上作出寫(xiě)字的樣子，這是表示在飯館要付帳的手勢(shì)。
2、“動(dòng)腦筋”（use your brains）“機(jī)敏一點(diǎn)”（being clever）：用手指點(diǎn)點(diǎn)自己的太陽(yáng)穴。
3、叫人安靜（quietness）：閉住嘴，拇指橫掠過(guò)雙唇。
4、“別作聲”（stopping-talking）：嘴唇合攏，將食指貼在嘴唇，同時(shí)發(fā)出“hush”噓噓聲。
5、贊同（agreement）：向上翹起拇指。
6、祝賀（Congratulation）：雙手在身前嘴部高度相搓的動(dòng)作。
